COMMENCEMENT    OF   WRITTEN   EXAMINATION    OF

                                    DRUGS INSPECTOR PURSUANT TO ADVT.NO.9 OF 2003/04.

                                                 

            It has been decided by the Commission to hold a written examination on 21st June,2004 for recruitment to the post of Drugs Inspector in Class-II of State Service pursuant to Advertisement No.9 of 2003/04. The written  examination will consist of two papers with 250 marks. The  Paper-I will be earmarked for subject PHARMACY(200 MARKS) with two hours duration and there shall be 100 objective type questions with multiple choice of answers. The Paper-II shall cover of GENERAL KNOWLEDGE(50 MARKS) which consists of 50 questions with multiple choice of answers with one hour duration. The candidates selected on the basis of written examination will be called for the viva voce test. The programme of written examination and the name of the center will be notified later on and Admission Certificates to eligible candidates will be sent by post before commencement of the examination. The broad outlines of the syllabus for the said examination are enclosed herewith.

 

            The provisions of the Orissa Conduct of Examination Act of 1988(Orissa Act 2 of 1988) shall be made applicable to the Examinations conducted by the Orissa Public Service Commission. The candidates are advised to go through the website of the Commission, i.e. http://opsc.nic.in
